Fast and Reliable Delivery

We offer hassle-free flat rate shipping. We use USPS for a majority of our shipping. Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings are our shipping days. However, we charge $20 to ship on a day we don't normally ship on. We also offer discreet packaging if requested for international orders. All Research Plate orders can take up to 10 days to be shipment ready.

Refunds and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order due to a defective product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement of LC or swab set, or 5 days for any agar products. Any contaminated testing on grain will not be accepted. Must have picture proof and must have proof of agar test for LC or swab replacement. Any delivery issues must be addressed with your local carrier. Once tracking has been updated to your invoice and it shows scanned from the post office, it is out of our hands and no longer MICoFroots responsibility as we don't control the postal service, how they deliver or how fast they deliver. These inquiries will not be responded to.
